Your session begins with a 15‑minute consultation to gently identify areas of focus be it physical, emotional, or energetic. The following 45 minutes are dedicated to Reiki energy healing, allowing the body to shift out of “doing mode” and into a state of restoration. This is a quiet, inward experience where subtle changes often create powerful ripple effects, greater clarity, emotional release, improved sleep, or simply a sense of peace that lasts beyond the session.

This one‑hour session weaves together Reiki, crystals, sound tools, and a far infrared heating pad to support deeper integration. Crystals are placed intentionally to support each energy center, while sound helps move stagnant energy and infrared heat encourages the muscles and nervous system to soften. The result is a layered experience that is grounding, regulating, and deeply supportive especially helpful for stress, burnout, or feeling energetically “off.”

A deeply personalized sound bath designed to meet you exactly where you are. While resting on a far infrared heating pad, the crystal singing bowls and other intuitively chosen sound tools gently wash over your system, supporting relaxation, grounding, and emotional reset.
